Data Deletion & Your Data Rights

You can disconnect your WhatsApp Business account and delete your data from Aria at any time. Deletion is free and completed within 30 days, with confirmation to you.

Option 1 — Disconnect (stops access immediately)

Open Aria and go to Settings → WhatsApp.
Select Disconnect WhatsApp.
Aria immediately stops receiving any new messages from your account and removes the stored connection.

Option 2 — Delete all your data

In Aria, go to Settings → Account → Delete my data, or
Email hello@dubairealestateacademy.ae from your account email with the subject "Data deletion request", including your account email and connected WhatsApp number.
We verify the request and delete your data, then send you confirmation.

What gets deleted

Your CRM and client records, notes and documents; the stored link to your WhatsApp Business account and its imported chat history; your account and your private workspace, including its machine and encrypted storage volume.

Cost and timing

Deletion is always free of charge and completed within 30 days of a verified request (usually much sooner). We never charge a fee to delete your data.

WhatsApp Platform retention

Aria uses the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API), under which Meta retains message content for a limited window of up to 30 days for delivery purposes; that is controlled by Meta, not Aria. Deleting your Aria data removes it from Aria's systems.

Records we may retain

We may retain limited records only where required for legal, tax or audit obligations (for example, invoices). These are kept no longer than the law requires and are not used for any other purpose.
