Acceptable Use Policy

Effective 8 July 2026 · Dubai Real Estate Academy, Dubai, United Arab Emirates

This policy applies to everyone who uses Aria. It exists to keep messaging on the WhatsApp Business Platform trusted and compliant. It supplements our Terms of Service and the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy.

Opt-in is required

You may only message contacts who have given you clear, prior opt-in to be contacted on WhatsApp. You are responsible for capturing and keeping evidence of that consent. Do not import or message non-consented, purchased or scraped contact lists.

Honour opt-outs

You must promptly honour any request to stop messaging, including "STOP" or block requests, and remove those contacts from further outreach. Aria will not be used to circumvent a contact's opt-out.

Prohibited content and industries

No spam; quality and rate expectations

No unsolicited bulk messaging, no spam, and no messaging patterns designed to evade limits. Keep message quality high and volumes reasonable so your WhatsApp Business account maintains good standing. Low-quality or policy-violating messaging can lead to rate limits or restrictions imposed by Meta.

Accurate identity

Represent yourself and your business honestly. Do not impersonate another person, business, or Aria, WhatsApp or Meta.

Consequences of violation

We may warn, rate-limit, suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy or put the platform at risk, with or without notice, and we may report serious violations as required. Repeated or severe violations result in termination.
