Link your own WhatsApp Business account so Aria can build your CRM from your conversations — with your permission, read-only.
Keep your number and your WhatsApp Business app
Import up to 6 months of chat history
The sync is read-only — outbound campaigns only ever run with your explicit approval
Before you start, have these ready
Your phone, with the WhatsApp Business app on the number you're connecting
A Facebook login. Meta requires one to connect WhatsApp — it's only used to identify your business. No Facebook account? Create one here — it takes about two minutes, then come back.
About 5 minutes. You'll confirm your business, your number, and approve it on your phone.
A payment method on your WhatsApp Business Account (soon after connecting). Meta needs a card on file before it will deliver campaign messages — replies to clients are free. Add one at business.facebook.com → WhatsApp Accounts → Payment settings.
One thing that will block you
If you use Meta's AI replies on this number, turn them off before you start — WhatsApp won't let Aria connect a number that still has Meta's own AI attached.
On your phone: WhatsApp Business → Business tools → Your Business AI → AI replies → Disconnect AI.
Seeing "Your Business AI agent is already linked to this phone number"? That's exactly this. Do the steps above, then come back and press Connect again.
What the last step looks like
Near the end Meta shows a QR code to import your contacts and chat history. That's normal and it's Meta's own screen — scan it with the WhatsApp Business app on the phone that owns the number, or open that app and tap Connect on the message from the official Facebook Business Account.
Aria itself never asks you to scan anything. If a QR ever appears anywhere other than inside Meta's window, stop and tell us.
Connected ✓
Your WhatsApp is linked. Aria will start building your CRM as messages come in and your history syncs.
